The property owner or manager must arrange contractor access. Please share gate instructions, work windows, parking, floor-protection requirements, and the route for carrying materials out.

What to send with your request
- Wide photos of every room that needs work
- A close photo at a doorway or loose carpet edge
- Stairs, landings, and furniture that will stay
- Parking, gate, elevator, or work-hour rules
- A list of what you want hauled away

Is Sea Island access automatic?
No. The property contact must arrange contractor authorization and provide the rules before scheduling.
Can a property manager coordinate the job?
Yes. A manager can share photos, access rules, room details, and scheduling needs on the owner's behalf.
