Getting in and out of the property
Tell us whether the property is in town or down a longer private drive, and show any gates, porch steps, stairs, or tight hallways between the rooms and loading area.
Homes, rentals, offices, and businesses
Darien properties include older homes, newer residences, rentals, and small commercial buildings. Photos matter because the carpet and floor underneath can vary widely from one property to the next.
What to send with your request
- Wide photos of every room that needs work
- A close photo at a doorway or loose carpet edge
- Stairs, landings, and furniture that will stay
- Parking, gate, elevator, or work-hour rules
- A list of what you want hauled away
Questions about Darien
Do you offer carpet removal in Darien?
Yes. Darien is an established service area, with each address and schedule confirmed before work.
Can you estimate an older home from photos?
Photos are a good start, but hidden layers and floor conditions may not be known until the carpet is lifted.
